How the demo handles your documents
This page describes the temporary public demonstration environment.
What is processed
The demo receives the reference PDF and the procedure PDF you choose to upload. The application extracts document text and page locations so it can prepare a comparison.
Temporary storage
Review files and generated results are held temporarily for the review session. They are deleted after the final PDF is downloaded or after approximately 60 minutes.
AI-assisted review
The uploaded documents are processed by ApprouveAI to prepare possible review findings. The demo is not intended for confidential production documents unless your organisation has approved the environment.
Your responsibility
Do not upload documents unless you are authorised to process them and their copyright or licence conditions allow that use.
